Gynaecology
Gynaecological health issues affect women of all ages from all walks of life. We understand that it can be a worrying time which is why we offer a pre-operative education service that provides women with comprehensive information on their planned surgery.We take you through an explanation of your anatomy, how it works, and what the procedure involves; including how to prepare and what to expect post-operatively.
We understand how important your privacy is, therefore consultations are one-to-one. You may bring your husband or support person along should you wish to. At the conclusion of the session, we provide you with written information to refer back to at your convenience. At the end of the half to one-hour session, you and your doctor will complete your consent form, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any final questions.
